New Companionway boards

replaced the old 1/2 inch plywood, painted companionway boards with bright 1/2 inch plexiglas or Acrylic. We selected acrylic over poly-carbonate for its great UV protection. Poly may be stronger but if someone wants to get in bad enough, the teak frame will go first! Plus, acrylic is alittle easier to work with. We are happy with the results, now we need to a make a storage bag to protect the boards when removed.
